Defects:

Before your order leaves our stock center, it has been thoroughly checked by our team. Our aim is to get it right the first time, which is why we check every product throughout the quality control process.

If you feel you have received a defective product, please contact us within 14 days of you receiving it. In the email, please provide your order number and a photo of the product. We are always happy to open a conversation on how to make this right. Please contact our Customer service at email to get the return address.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.

If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
